Bissell "Big Green Powerbrush" Canister Deep Cleaner, Model #xxxx - xxxx
Industrial Quality, easy-to-use, in-home-use model. Not used in awhile, but verified last in perfect working order; and cleaning results last quite a while with regular vacuuming after cleaning. We got lazy and haven't used it since our baby came 7 yrs. ago. Though, it would be ideal for a home with babies and pets (and allergies)!
Older model, extremely hard to find new and complete (although replacement parts are still widely available). Bigger than more current models, but it does give you a pretty good water-fill capacity. We stored it in the garage, no problem.
Because it is a Canister model with attachments, it makes an easier job of cleaning stairs than the newer "upright" models (I don't think it doubles as a vacuum cleaner, though, as the newer ones do--but most of us have vacuums, and with this cleaner, you don't necessarily have to vacuum first anyway). It's also less heavy to move around as you clean.
ALL PARTS are there, PLUS over 1/2 dozen bottles of various cleaning & allergen-removing formulas, spot removers, etc., mostly Bissell-brand--made for the machine, some Rug-Doctor. Does an excellent job for a fraction of the price of having it done professionally. Originally purchased for over $299 (possibly much more, cannot remember!), will pay for itself over renting in just a few uses!
